My name is Alvin Lopez. I stayed at your hotel on July 27th, 2012. My reservation was made and paid for by Karen Hill. Your front desk person was super rude. I did not feel welcomed. I hope you can help them fix their attitude, especially the older Anglo gentleman that took care, or should i say did not take care of me. You need to teach him how to smile and not be a jerk.
