I am incredibly dissappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. I was in for business and have never had a stay as terrible as this one with any other hotel. Numerous items were stolen from guest rooms during my stay. Staff members attempted on multiple occasions to enter my room with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The hotel staff attempted to set up new guests in occupied rooms on several occasions. Other than the cleanliness being appalling it was as if I wasn't allowed towels or ameneties and when asked for it was a hassel. My towel stores are fully depleted. The management even harrassed the girl who was stolen from saying it was her own fault because she had a do not disturb sign on her door and that is apparently "sparking staff members curiosity" so they can't help but come in. A firing round is needed.
